JiVA means life. And we believe every South Asian life deserves to be held with the same depth, care, and cultural honesty that our communities have rarely been offered by the mental health system. JiVA Mental Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit transforming how South Asian communities understand, access, and experience mental health care. We were built for the families who carry their pain in silence, the mothers who smile through postpartum suffering, the men who were never given language for what they feel, and the second-generation kids who are exhausted from living between two worlds. We are not just a service. We are a movement.
