Individuals navigating addiction, recovery, racial trauma, and minority stress
Those without insurance or whose insurance offers limited options—especially when it comes to finding providers who reflect their identity or lived experience.

Providers of color are underrepresented and often out of reach for those relying on state insurance—or those without any coverage at all. The Healing Collective steps in where the system fails, offering free or low-cost therapy, mindfulness-based healing, reiki, and holistic support.

Funding remains a challenge because healthcare and social service systems routinely fail to address the needs of marginalized communities. State-run insurance often excludes private practitioners. BIPOC clinicians are in high demand and short supply. And many healing modalities, like reiki or holistic therapy, aren’t covered at all.
