2026 Sponsorship Form

JP Youth Soccer (JPYS) is a 501(3)-certified recreational soccer organization that serves over 650 players ages 6 ½ to 19 years old from Jamaica Plain and surrounding neighborhoods. We need your support to continue to grow and serve our vibrant community of young athletes. For three decades, JPYS has worked with thousands of children and teens, introduceing them to the sport of soccer. Our players have learned to love the game, and more importantly, gained the experience of self-discipline, teamwork, and benefits of hard work. Your donation will support these efforts for the youth in our community and help continue this important work.

JPYS is committed to welcoming every interested player regardless of ability to pay. Between 25% to 30% of our families seek and receive no-questions-asked financial assistance every season. Your sponsorship allows us to provide services to many young soccer players who would otherwise be unable to participate. In addition to scholarships, your contribution helps to pay for equipment.  JPYS provides:

• practice and game balls

• shinguards

• cones

• pinnies

• first aid kits

• ice packs

• t-shirts for our in-house programs

• portable goals

• uniforms

We also pay for community resources each season, which include permanent goals, portable rental lights, and port-a-potties that are used by the neighborhood. We also pay for coach education, insurance, and league and tournament participation fees.
