We want our community member to be the healthiest versions of themselves, both mentally and physically! We want our community to have access to nutritious 🥬 foods and know what to do with them! We want our community to move well and move often! Join us as we endeavor to make this happen.

For the past year, The Centered Foundation has been finding our footing. We are less than a year in the making and are already impacting change. So far we have:

👊 Hosted a Super Kids Fitness Challenge that got 367 youth moving.

👊 Given a Culinary Knife Skills Class to a group of 10 area cafeteria staff.

👊 Sponsored 3 children to participate in tennis and CrossFit summer programs.

👊 Given 26 youth the opportunity to develop a positive Mental Health Toolkit through a Collie-Assisted program.

👊 Cultivated relationships with various nonprofits and businesses to generate ideas for 2 new programs on the horizon.
