2026 High School Finals Sponsorship Donation
Dear CHSRA High School Division Supporter,
Thank you for your consideration in supporting the California High School Rodeo Association. Currently we have around 1,000 total members competing throughout our state, and our high school division is just over 700 of those members. We are divided into 9 districts, and in June of each year we host our State Finals rodeo for our High School Division in Bishop, California, where the top 6 from each district in the 13 rodeo events compete for their spot on the National Team (made up of the top 4 from our State Finals). We also host a light rifle and trap shooting contest for our high school division, where the top 4 qualify for the National High School Finals Rodeo. Each year we give awards to the top 10 in each event at State Finals, and we award over $50,000 in scholarships to our graduating seniors who plan to further their education through trade schools, college or vocational schools.
In June, we averaged over 325 members competing at our state finals, vying for one of the top 4 positions to represent California at the Nation High School Finals Rodeo. We have been a sanctioned member of the National High School Rodeo Association for over 50 years, and on average we send 53 team members to represent the Golden State of California. Over the course of the years, we have had multiple National Champions in various events, and we are proud to send Team California to represent our state at each National High School Finals Rodeo. At the 2025 National Finals, California had 16 top 15 finishers and we had Riley Currin bring home the 2025 World Championship in Steer Wrestling!
If you are interested in a product donation rather than a monetary donation, we do have that option as well. At our state finals we recognize our go round winners and the fastest time (or highest score) of the finals in each event, as well as awards to the top 10 in each event, and you receive the same recognition throughout our state.
The future of our sport and the youth competitors depend on the generosity of businesses like yourself. This is the opportunity to invest in the growth and development of today’s youth, while receiving marketing exposure and recognition. We would appreciate your support of these athletes, our organization, and the sport of rodeo.

Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
