A Movement Rooted in Music, Powered by Women, Growing in Scranton and Beyond.

In Scranton, heart isn’t just a feeling — it’s a way of life.
We show up. We work hard. We care deeply.

And now, that spirit is becoming something bigger: Scranton Girls Rock — a creative movement giving girls, women, and gender-diverse youth the space to explore who they are through music, art, and mentorship.

Our first summer camp was proof of what’s possible: 18 campers, 21 volunteers, and a city that showed up to listen. Together, we wrote songs, formed bands, made art, and took the stage. We didn’t just create music — we created belonging.

Now, we’re ready for what’s next.

We’re raising $2,500 to build the next stage — literally.
A new website and merch store designed by local designer and business expert Kat Fox from Kat Fox Design that will:

• Get us our own domain name

• Fund scholarships for future campers

• Pay artists and creators for their talent

• Amplify young voices across our community

This isn’t charity — it’s creative infrastructure.
Every dollar fuels a lasting ecosystem of opportunity — a Scranton that pays its kindness forward by paying its people back.
