Frost Equity Initiative (website: https://frostequityinitiative.org/) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to diversify the science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM) industries by providing early exposure to K-12 students. We partner with schools and industry professionals to offer fun, interactive, educational STEAM enrichment experiences and mentoring relationships. We target Los Angeles area schools where over 95% of students qualify for the federal free or reduced lunch program, and students are underperforming in math and science.

Our programs include: 

Youth Coding and Robotics Clubs, Youth Money Clubs, and Adult 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring. 

LaRhonda "Ronnie" Frost, Frost Equity Initiative's founder, is passionate about making quality STEAM education accessible to all children. She has over 20 years in software engineering and six years in gaming.

Our programming is funded by grants, corporate sponsors, and individuals like yourself. Your donation will help provide scholarships for K to 12th-grade students with financial needs for Coding Clubs and Money Clubs. 

Since Frost Equity Initiative's launch, we have introduced hundreds of students to computer science and lucrative STEAM careers.
