Designed to affirm the personhood and lived experiences of women of color, our flagship program, the Collaborative Cohort, brings together women across generations and industries, providing a safe space for them to grow together. In the Cohort, Collaborators are the idea generators, hypothesis testers, researchers, participants, and outcome evaluators, using their learning and resources from the seminars to bring their ideas to life, showcasing their unique magic for the benefit of their community.

We seek to facilitate the program at as low a cost to participants as possible. Your donation will help cover program costs, including meals and a custom journal, designed and curated in house, allowing us to reduce the fees Collaborators pay.
