Dogs Awaiting Adoption

Your donation to this program will help us rescue dogs from shelters in underserved areas where they face an uncertain future. Dogs are placed in foster homes or stay at the UAF Rescue Ranch until they are adopted. Dogs in foster learn how to live in a home and dogs at the Rescue Ranch are treated to multiple daily walks and play yard sessions. Weekly enrichment classes are provided for all the dogs in our care, where our volunteers provide fun training exercises and work to gently overcome any fears or behavioral issues they may have.
