Meet Charles S.

Charles has been incarcerated for six years. He has two daughters — Chloe, 12, and Carly, 6. “They mean the world to me,” he says. He’s missed many milestones, including daddy-daughter events at school, but what makes this dance especially meaningful is that it will be the first time both of his girls meet each other.

“I know there will be a lot of emotions, probably some tears, but it’ll be worth it,” he says.
