In a cluttered news landscape dominated by men, emerges India's only newspaper run by Dalit women. Chief Reporter Meera and her journalists break traditions, redefining what it means to be powerful.

100% of funds raised for this project will go to Karuna USA's climate change projects in three countries: India, Bangladesh and Nepal.

In Bangladesh, $38 is the cost of setting up one women’s support group (the project aims to establish 20 groups which enable women to come together to collaborate and learn skills for climate adapted agriculture)

$228 is the cost of supplying a tablet computer for a local volunteer climate advisor (the project is providing these to 24 local advisors who use the data to advise local smallholder farmers how to adapt their agricultural practices to changed climatic conditions )

$320 is the cost of running one course training smallholder farmers in climate smart agriculture (the project is running 8 courses.)
