Bill Ptacek Endowment for Early Literacy

KCLS’s Early Literacy programs target a child’s first 5 years of life, a time when 90% of brain growth occurs. Programs are tailored to suit the diverse cultural traditions, ethnicities, and linguistic demographics present in King County.

Raising $250,000 will establish the Bill Ptacek Endowment and generate a stable source of funding for early literacy at KCLS now, and in perpetuity.
