About the KEEN Kids Arcade

What began in 2015 as a small but heartfelt effort to connect AAMA members with our charity partners has grown into one of the most meaningful traditions of the American Amusement Machine Charitable Foundation (AAMCF).

Originally launched during the AAMA Annual Meeting and Gala, the “Kids Arcade” invited children from local partner organizations to enjoy the games our members generously provided for the event. Those early years welcomed a handful of KEEN Chicago athletes—and over time, we had the privilege of watching many of them grow up.

In 2017, we officially transitioned the program into the KEEN Kids Arcade, solidifying our partnership with KEEN Chicago and expanding the event’s reach and impact. Today, the Arcade has grown to welcome nearly 100 KEEN athletes, their families, and AAMCF volunteers each year—creating a fun, inclusive, safe space where every child can “just be a kid.”

When AAMA moved its Annual Meeting from Chicagoland to Dallas, we remained committed to preserving this beloved experience for the KEEN community. Thanks to the generous partnership of Shaffer Distributing and Lucky Strike Entertainment, we proudly continue the tradition by opening the doors of Lucky Strike Chicago exclusively for KEEN families and our volunteers.
