Our Mission

The 501(c) (3) nonprofit, Cerasee & Cocoa Tea Therapy, exists to make trauma healing accessible, culturally affirming, and community-rooted for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), as well as Military communities, in San Antonio's Bexar County. Through low-cost, trauma-focused therapy — including group Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy — we build pathways to recovery that honor cultural identity, restore dignity, and remove financial barriers to mental wellness.

Our Vision

A San Antonio where every person in the BIPOC and Military community has access to trauma-informed, culturally competent mental health care — regardless of income, insurance status, or background.
