The CARDBOARD BOXES you drop off in Leakey get trucked (at KIRB's expense) to the Real County Recycling Center in Camp Wood to get baled and prepped for sale direct to the paper mill. The ALUMINUM CANS you drop off in Leakey get trucked (at KIRB's expense) to the Real County Recycling Center in Camp Wood aluminum can trailer, then our logistics partner Willie comes and picks up the full trailer of cans and takes it to recycling for us! THANKS WILLIE'S DAM STORE!

This program is a community service provided FREE to all Real County residents and visitors, run by a combination part-time contractors and intrepid volunteers, and paid for through grants and donations. Help us keep this program going with a donation!
