ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

For the past six years, the Kent Rugby Foundation has hosted the Annual Alumni Golf Outing as a fundraising event for the Kent State Rugby Club. Though affiliated with Kent State University, the club is self-sufficient and relies solely on its players, alumni, and sponsors for all financial support. Each active player is held to a high academic standard and is required to represent themselves, the university, and the overall club in a professional manner both on and off the field. Proceeds from this event go directly to each club to help alleviate the costs and player fees incurred each season such as paying referees, conference dues, renting facilities, and purchasing new equipment.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

Supporter:

All donations of $50+ receive social media recognition & name or business displayed on the sponsor list at the golf outing and during Saturday's games

Blue Sponsor:

All donations of $100+ will get their name or business on a tee box sign, along with the Supporter Level

Gold Sponsor:

All donations of $250+ will receive a $50 gift card to the Kent State Rugby Store, along with the Blue Sponsor Level

Lightning Sponsor:

All donations of $500+ will receive the Gold Sponsor Level and their very own Kent State Rugby replica jersey (sponsor chooses design from current men's or women's team kit)

***The deadline to sponsor is EOB August 14th, 2023. Any sponsorships received after this date will only receive social media recognition, and any applicable gift cards/replica jerseys.

The Kent Rugby Foundation is its own entity and is not directly affiliated with any other school, business, or organization.
