Keep Growing Detroit has consistently become a bigger part of my heart every year. From volunteering to becoming a board member, to cooking for fundraisers, to getting married at the farm, this organization delivers on what they say they're going to do every single year, with creative and intentional programs. Buying the rest of the farm means more fresh fruits and vegetables on tables across Detroit, more training and education for youth and farmers, and increasing engagement with Detroit's food system.
