Join us to honor two incredible lives: Jesse Salas and Sophia Lucario.

Jesus "Jesse" Salas served as a Customs and Border Protection agent. Jesse lived his life focused on protecting others. When Jesse fell victim to suicide, many of his coworkers wanted to honor his memory but knew that Jesse would want to continue helping others as well.

The Jesse Salas "Every Life Matters" Golf Tournament was created to honor Jesse while raising funds and support for other suicide related charities in the area. This year the tournament is in support of "Keeper of Kindnes" and the memory of Sophia Lucario who also lived her life in the support of others.

More and more, teen athletes face increased pressure to excel in their sports. Often, young athletes’ personal identity is tied to their performance in their sport. When faced with injuries, end of career and other challenges, athletes often feel lost. Founded in memory of Sophia Lucario, our mission is to spread kindness, compassion, awareness and hope to those navigating mental health challenges related to athletics or otherwise. Sophia struggled from Lyme disease and borderline personality disorder. She was an avid volleyball player who ultimately lost her life at the young age of 18.

We use our funds to pay for counseling sessions for teens, help train coaches to indnetify mental health concerns, as well as provide multiple scholarships each year to teen athletes who have overcome personal challenges and/ or support others through works of kindness in their community.
