I am so motivated by KIC's mission. In my family, music has been a constant - mom an opera singer, brother a professional violist, me a cellist and my three kids all string musicians. Why? Simply put, it's a gift. A gift of love, compassion, expression and skill that carries through a life time. No matter what is going on, there will always be music to remind us of our humanity. Let's give this gift to these kids and know that we are changing their lives and their future outcomes for the better.
