KIMITH KARES is dedicated to enriching the lives of young people, from elementary school through young adulthood. We offer a carefully crafted curriculum that lays a strong foundation in holistic wellness. By teaching vital life skills often overlooked in traditional schools, such as physical fitness, nutrition, emotional development, and stress management. We empower the next generation to live healthier, happier lives.

These important subjects are too often underfunded or ignored in standard education. KIMITH KARES fills that gap by providing engaging, practical lessons in well-being. Our program helps youth build healthy habits, resilience, and self-confidence that will serve them throughout their lives.

Our vision for KIMITH KARES is to grow into a comprehensive, nationwide supplemental education program accessible to all. We plan to develop a cutting-edge mobile app and an extensive library of digital resources so that young people everywhere can benefit from our curriculum. We will host immersive workshops and seminars (both in-person and virtual) to bring our teachings directly to communities. Through strategic brand partnerships, we aim to enhance physical education in schools and youth organizations. In the long term, we even envision establishing a network of educational wellness centers across the country.

Our mission is to enhance the overall well-being of underserved adolescents. Mentally, physically, and financially. We pursue this mission through a holistic approach that combines education, diverse wellness services, and equitable access for all young people. By empowering youth with knowledge and resources, we aim to uplift their lives and set them on a path toward a healthier, more successful future. Every initiative we undertake is driven by this commitment to heart-centered wellness and community empowerment.

Vision:

We envision creating an entire ecosystem of wellness education for the next generation. This ecosystem will include a friendly mobile application, specialized workshops and seminars, immersive wellness camps, and community education centers. All of these components work together toward one vital goal: to reduce the growing prevalence of mental and physical health challenges in our communities.

A core part of our vision is to fill the educational voids left by traditional schooling. Too many critical life skills and wellness practices are never taught in the classroom. KIMITH KARES addresses these gaps by providing practical knowledge and hands-on tools that young people can use in everyday life. Through this comprehensive approach, we will foster a healthier, more resilient generation. One equipped to thrive in both mind and body.

The Impact:

We have ambitious plans for the future, and with your support we can begin by achieving these major goals in 2026:

Expand Our Team: Grow the KIMITH KARES staff and volunteer network to support our expanding programs and reach more youth in need.
Heart-Healthy School Supplies: Distribute over 1,000 yoga mats to schools across the DMV area and low-income communities in our partner states. This will introduce students to heart-healthy habits at an early age, filling a crucial gap in traditional school curricula during their most formative years.
Free Wellness Workshops: Offer free workshops and seminars led by certified health and wellness professionals, giving underserved youth access to yoga, meditation, nutrition education, and more at no cost.
Healthy Food Drives: Host 10+ heart-healthy food drives for children and families in underserved communities nationwide, providing nutritious foods and education about healthy eating habits.

If we fall short of our crowdfunding goal, we will still carry out these initiatives in the priority order listed above. We are committed to making this impact a reality. Note from Our CEO: More Than a Brand — A Heart-Centered Movement

I received a distressing call one day: my mother had fainted, stopped breathing, and her heart had no pulse. During those critical minutes, a close friend performed CPR while waiting 20 agonizing minutes for paramedics to arrive. By the grace of God, the EMTs managed to revive her on their third attempt. My mother’s heartbeat returned, but she was placed on life support. Despite countless tests, doctors could not find a scientific explanation for her sudden cardiac crisis. That day changed my life. It became the catalyst for my mission and the work we do at KIMITH.

From personal experience, I’ve learned that what we consume and how we live deeply affect the course of our lives. And it’s not just about food. We absorb our emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and experiences. We’re influenced by the music we hear, the shows we watch, and the social media we scroll through. All these inputs can either nourish us or, if left unchecked, manifest as anxiety, depression, stress, and more. Life’s challenges can spark personal growth when addressed, but if we ignore them, they can take root and harm us from within.

The essence of KIMITH Brand is raising awareness about preventing heart disease through a truly holistic approach encompassing Mind, Body, and Spirit. Some of you might know us for our athletic apparel, but KIMITH is so much more than a clothing line. We are on a mission to guide and educate our community. Transforming negatives into positives through healing practices like meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, healthy eating, and yoga. These tools have been instrumental in my own healing journey, and now I am devoted to sharing them to empower others on theirs. I’ve poured my heart into teaching the heart-healthy practices I wish I had learned long ago.
