The Kindness Circle is a free, six-week community-based healing journey designed to uplift individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, or are seeking additional support and direction in life.

Rooted in faith and compassion, this initiative provides a safe and welcoming space where participants can share their stories, receive emotional support, and begin to heal through connection, reflection, and holistic care.

Each week features a facilitated small group gathering led by life coaches, interventionists, and trained community volunteers. Through guided reflection, peer dialogue, journaling, and other structured activities, participants explore how faith, mind, body, and relationships work together in the healing process.

More than a support group, The Kindness Circle is an intentional act of restorative kindness. Together, participants cultivate hope, feel seen and supported, and foster resilience that ripples across the community. They are also encouraged to share acts of kindness that inspire others and extend healing beyond the circle.

Comfort Kits, refreshments, and all materials are provided to support meaningful engagement. At a time when connection and compassion are deeply needed, The Kindness Circle offers a space for healing—connecting one story, one act of kindness, and one heart at a time.
