We value accountability and impact, which is why every dollar distributed through the "Kindness That Counts" initiative will be tied to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Town of Ashland, Foundation and the Greater Richmond Continuum of Care outlining roles, responsibilities, and accountability benchmarks to ensure your donations make a measurable impact.
