As of May 8, 2026, Kingdom Keeperz is officially raising $250,000 to secure and transform a permanent Media Arts & Cultural Hub in Jersey City.

After years of building grassroots programs, cultural events, media initiatives, creative education, and community impact throughout Jersey City, a rare opportunity has finally become available.

A real industrial arts space we can call home.

The property officially becomes available for rent on May 26, 2026, and we are now racing against time to secure it before the opportunity is gone.

To lock in the lease and secure the space before another tenant takes it, we must raise at least $70,000 immediately.

Our full goal of $250,000 is what will allow Kingdom Keeperz to not only secure the building, but sustainably operate and fully activate the space for the first two years without constant financial struggle or operational setbacks.

This funding will help cover:
• Lease security and occupancy costs
• Studio buildout and renovations
• Production and media equipment
• Operational sustainability
• Workforce development programming
• Youth and emerging creative initiatives
• Cultural events and community outreach
• Staffing, education, and creative resources
