During recent home visits, our project officers, Leon and Boston, discovered something heartbreaking.

Five children from families in our support groups have not been attending school simply because their school fees couldn’t be paid.

These children want to learn. Their parents want them in school. But without the required fees, they’ve had to stay home.

Term 2 begins on April 27, and together, we can make sure these children don’t fall further behind.

This is a very solvable problem.

$220 sends one child to school for the entire year.

The school year in Kenya is divided into three terms, so just $75 covers one child’s fees for the upcoming term.

That means $375 would send all five children back to school for Term 2. And $1,100 would cover all five children for the full year.
