Aimee Knerr - Pancake & Lulu's Story

Hello! My name is Aimee Knerr and this is my second year participating in The Knit for Food Knit-a-thon. I am the person behind Pancake and Lulu Yarn - a one woman indie fiber dyeing company based in Princeton, NJ.  My website is Pancake and Lulu Yarn and Fiber .

I am inspired by COLOR! I create spontaneously speckled yarns and semi-solid palettes.  The full collection includes nearly 100 made-to-order shades on our 20 yarn bases.

I offer seasonal selections of favorites on a variety of bases from Cashmere Silk Sparkle Lace, Mohair Silk, Baby Suri, Merino Single Fingering, MCN, PLY Fingering, PLY DK and Bulky Singles…and Merino Roving and Mini Skeins!

I also have several yarn and fiber clubs, including a monthly Full Moon colorway. My biggest project is my annual Festive Yarn Tasting Advent Countdown Calendar which happens every December.  We unwrap surprise mini skeins, bake, drink festive cocktails and knit or craft together online.

Please join me in this wonderful fundraiser, by sponsoring me with any amount or joining us by knitting (or crafting) for 12 hours on March 26th! Follow me on Instagram for updates throughout the day.
