Help Us Fund a Paraprofessional

Our instructional paras are being pulled to cover lunch and recess—time that should be spent supporting students who need a little more, whether they’re catching up or needing more of a challenge. Funding a dedicated recess/lunch para keeps instructional paras in classrooms, where they can:

Run small groups & 1:1 check‑ins for both advanced and students who need more support.
Make true differentiation happen so every student gets what they need.
Give teachers time to teach—plan, assess, and respond in real time.
Meanwhile, a Playworks‑trained para keeps recess safe, inclusive, and positive.

Bottom line: Your donation helps us place adults where they make the biggest difference—on the playground for safety and inclusion, and in the classroom for deep, individualized learning.
