Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES)

Wide Horizons, Inc. seeks funding to implement the Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES), a hands-on, simulated work environment designed to teach and assess vocational skills for individuals with disabilities. PAES will enable participants to explore their career interests, develop essential workplace competencies, and gain the confidence needed to transition to community-based employment.
