Call-A-Thons are one of the ways Integrity Children's Fund raises funds for its general budget. The general budget is allocated to the five schools currently supported by ICF. Support for these schools includes teacher salaries, infrastructure support and reading programs such as Book Buddies.

Integrity Children's Fund (Integrity), founded in 2002 and headquartered in Georgia, is a direct response to the problem of relatively high illiteracy rate among Jamaican teenagers. Our mission was extended to address the challenges of literacy among children in the metro Atlanta area. Illiteracy limits the ability of youth to reason rationally and is the primary factor in many youth making bad "life choices". Integrity, a 501 (c) 3 organization, is committed to reducing the illiteracy rate among at-risk students. Since inception, Integrity has provided approximately US $1,300,000.00, to educate over 7,000 students in Jamaica and Atlanta. In 2022, 88% of the children participating in the Integrity Book Buddies Program for students at Dunaire Elementary School in Atlanta, Georgia, increased their reading lexile score.
