Keeps Hispanic youth in school and on track for graduation through bilingual leadership sessions, mentors, educational excursions, and career exploration.

Provides bilingual business counseling, entrepreneurship training, career support, and access to the TrabajaVA job platform for job seekers and employers.

⚖️ Legal Assistance Clinics

Offers free and low-cost legal help for immigration and civil matters to families in need.

🦷 Dental Clinic Program

Provides free dental cleanings and hygiene services for students with limited access to care.

💼 TrabajaVA Workforce Platform

Connects diverse talent with employers statewide and supports job seekers with bilingual workforce resources.

Helping Latino Students in Richmond Reach Graduation and a Brighter Future

Latino students in Richmond are working incredibly hard to build their futures but the data shows the urgent need for support:

Only 65% of Latino students in Richmond Public Schools graduated on time in 2024.
Nearly 1 in 3 (33%) were classified as dropouts.
Across Virginia, Latino youth continue to face some of the highest barriers to graduation and post-secondary readiness.

Behind each percentage is a real student, a real family, and a real dream that deserves every opportunity to thrive.

Pasaporte a la Educación is changing this story.
Last year, 90% of participating students:
✔️ Improved at least one letter grade
✔️ Increased English/Spanish literacy
✔️ Reduced unexcused absences

Students in the program are more likely to graduate high school and pursue college or career pathways.
