Help Me Go To The Theology of the Body Institute

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

My name is Christina Malloy, and I’m reaching out to invite you into a dream that’s been growing in my heart for years. I’ve been given a beautiful opportunity to attend the Theology of the Body Institute, a place where I will dive deep into the life-changing teachings of St. John Paul II — a vision of human dignity, love, and purpose that the world desperately needs.

My dream — my lifelong dream — is to combine this rich, transformative theology with my greatest creative passion: theatre.

For as long as I can remember, the stage has been a sacred space for me — a place where stories come alive and hearts are moved. I believe that the truths of Theology of the Body — our identity as beloved sons and daughters, the beauty of the body and soul, and our call to authentic love belong not just on the page, but in living, breathing art.

Why I'm Asking for Your Support

Attending the Theology of the Body Institute will give me the solid foundation I need to begin weaving this vision into reality. The Lord has put in my heart for years now to combine the art of theatre and Theology of the Body and be able to teach it to others: creating performance pieces, giving workshops, and continuing to teach classes on the subject. With the little knowledge I've been able to give, I've seen lives change in the discovery of the gift of our bodies and the goodness of who we are because of us being created in His image and Likeness. Think of what Jesus can do through me with so much more knowledge!

But I need help to get there. I was blessed by previous gifts to attend the institute last October, a life-changing experience for me. (Shoutout and a huge thank you, again, to those who donated last year!). This year I received another grant to go to the institute, but it does not cover the full tuition and travel on its own. My goal is to raise $2,000 to cover the full cost of this formative experience.
