Every dollar you donate to the UDNF on Giving Tuesday will be matched by our generous board of directors, up to a total of $5,000. That means your impact will be doubled!

Your donation will help the UDNF to: support patients and families navigate their journey with an undiagnosed or ultra-rare disease; provide financial assistance, education and support programs; and support research into new diagnostic tools and treatments for undiagnosed and ultra-rare diseases.
