🍲 Regional Food Competition featuring YOUR culinary creations

📚 Historical perspectives on this unique American city

ENTER OUR FOOD COMPETITION! Show off your cooking skills in one of three categories:

• Appetizers with NOLA flair (think: mini muffulettas, boudin balls)

• Main Dishes (think: jambalaya, gumbo, étouffée)

• Desserts (think: beignets, bread pudding, pralines)

Prizes awarded for each level winner!
