About Us:

Each Child Counts Foundation was established in 1998 out of a collective concern for children suffering due to the impact of two pervasive civil wars in Liberia, West Africa. Currently, the organization is continuing their efforts by providing quality education for students of many ages. We currently serve students from Pre-K through ninth grade, partnering with Oak Ridge First Baptist Church in Oak Ridge, NC, and Havenscourt Community Church in Oakland, CA. The school is named after Dr. Claude E. Wilson and our elementary wing is named in honor of Reverend Dr. James A. Webster. One of the many ways we fundraise is through 5k walks.
