Co-op Lab is a collective that helps people start or convert to worker-owned cooperatives in Los Angeles, their goal is to build worker ownership as a way to reduce inequality and gentrification. Their services and resources include education, coaching, financing, and network building through several platforms, online classes, in-person workshops, and a self-paced online platform. The best part is that the focus on low-income individuals and communities of color.
