Community Announcement: Winter Storm Relief for Lafayette County
The recent winter storm caused significant damage, impacting water lines, power, and property across Lafayette County, impacting homes, neighborhoods, and community spaces.
The Lafayette Oxford University -Long Term Recovery Committee ( LOU LRTC) is now accepting donations to help support response and recovery efforts addressing these storm-related impacts. Funds will be used to assist with immediate and ongoing community needs as Lafayette County works to overcome damage caused by the storm.
Donations are being accepted through our community partner, the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council, to allow any donations received to be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Community support is critical during times like these. Contributions of any size will help strengthen recovery efforts and ensure assistance reaches those most affected.
For more information on how to donate, please contact the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council 662-236-6429, visit their website www.oxfordarts.com
Together, we can support our neighbors and help Lafayette County recover and rebuild.
