In 2025, 100% of Launchpad students completed paid internships with employers such as Seer Interactive, Accenture, CreateAccess, and Bentley Systems. They didn’t just fill seats — they delivered real value.

Since Launchpad’s founding in 2021, the results have been consistent and transformative:

• 100% high school graduation rate among all participants

• 39 paid internships completed through more than 15 local employers

• 22 students earning industry-recognized Python certifications
