The Lexington Community Land Trust is building more than houses—we’re building a stronger, more connected Lexington. As a small, scrappy, and dynamic nonprofit rooted in the Davis Park neighborhood, the LCLT works to ensure that every family in Lexington has access not just to safe, stable, and affordable housing, but to the resources, relationships, and opportunities that help communities thrive.

Your contribution to the LCLT Community Impact Fund provides essential, year-round support for the community-building work that makes our mission possible. Gifts to the Impact Fund help power daily operations at the Davis Park Community Center, expand neighborhood programs for children and families, foster resident leadership, and strengthen the organizational capacity needed to grow LCLT’s work over time.

While our housing development is financed separately on a project-by-project basis, our community-centered work depends on private supporters like you who believe in a more equitable and connected Lexington.
