Latino Corporate Network DC

The Latino Corporate Network DC started in 2018 as a grassroots group, by leaders from local Corporate Latino ERGs. Each year the organization has focused on producing networking opportunities and a Latino leadership conference in the D.C. area to build the pipeline of exceptional Latino leaders.

To equip, empower, and elevate Latino corporate professionals in the D.C. Metro area to become exceptional leaders whose influence drives collective change, at work and in their communities.

To create a future where Latino leaders are thriving and making a significant impact while also driving greater equity in the workplace and our community.
