Fishtown's Palmer Park is home to a beautiful & dense tree canopy. To ensure Palmer Park is blessed with shade for years to come, the Friends of Palmer Park are raising $15,000 for essential tree trimming & thinning. The tree work is necessary for the health of the trees & to reduce the number of falling branches during storms. With a healthier canopy, the Friends of Palmer Park will be able to continue their efforts to grow grass in bare areas.

We invite all neighbors, including business establishments, to sponsor a tree for $250, large garden bed for $2000 or simply contribute ANY amount which we will put towards a collective sponsorship. *We plan to recognize all supporters on tree plaques to remain for three years, so please specify how you would like your name to be displayed ("The Gray Family, Anonymous, In honor of, etc..") in the "Add a public message" section of this donation platform.
