The main goal for the Leadership program is for current Leadership students to receive and reflect on information and advice from past students in the program, and how the program has affected their life. Alumni will share their stories and perspectives to the students and help to inspire and open new paths to them. As well as helping form connections and bonds between students and alumni for the future. Due to the fact the Leadership program is a tight-knit community and dedicated to similar academic attributes, so many people are devoted each year to come and inspire other students who were just like them at one point.
