Help Us Launch the Inaugural IamHER Lead-her Society!

The future is brighter when young women are equipped to lead with confidence, purpose, and vision. That’s why we’re launching the very first IamHER Lead-her Society—a powerful program designed specifically for high school girls to grow as leaders in their schools, communities, and beyond.

The Lead-her Society will serve as the high school extension of IamHER, creating a safe and inspiring space where young women can:
 Develop leadership skills through workshops and mentoring

• Build confidence in their voices and unique strengths
• Explore career pathways through mentoring and partnerships with local businesses and professionals
• Gain access to resources, networking, and opportunities that expand their vision for the future
• Connect with a community of peers and role models who will cheer them on

As part of the program, we are also working toward launching a scholarship fund to support participants in career development, certifications, or continuing education—helping them take the next big step after high school.

Your support will directly fund program materials, mentorship opportunities, partnerships, and seed this life-changing scholarship. Every dollar helps us ensure that this inaugural year of the Lead-her Society launches strong and sets the foundation for years to come.

Covers program materials and resources for one girl to participate in a leadership workshop.

Provides one month of mentoring support, pairing girls with role models who inspire and guide.

Supports career exploration opportunities by funding guest speakers, job shadowing, or partnership activities.

$250 – Lead-her Experience
Funds a leadership intensive or career development workshop for a group of girls, expanding their skills and vision.

$500 – Scholarship Supporter
Contributes directly to the Lead-her Scholarship Fund, helping a student pursue career certifications or continuing education after high school.

$1,000 – Founding Partner
Provides major support for the launch of the inaugural Academy, covering a full year of programming for multiple students and securing the foundation for long-term impact.
