Meet the Porter family:

Both of their baby girls were born with a rare metabolic disorder called GA1. Simply put, their bodies can't process protein. These are the primary ways GA1 challenges the family:

• any stress on body or minor illness puts them at risk for a metabolic crisis leading to irreversible brain damage, stroke, seizure
• they both must carefully follow low protein diet for life and currently need special metabolic formula [expensive]
• physical therapy & speech therapy required [ga1 has caused low muscle tone and developmental delays]
• the older daughter will need ankle braces

Our goal is to raise $6,984 for the family through this link and through their benefit concert on October 19th [click HERE for more information]. 

This will help them cover 2 mortgage payments, their oldest daughters ankle braces, and pay off an outstanding medical bill - we can do this!

As always, 100% raised will go directly to the family <3
