Public Library Community Shares Campaign

Support Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati, the tri-state's only social justice umbrella federation, a collective of charities from the social and economic justice, environmental, and animal welfare sectors working to make our community a more equitable, just, and sustainable region for all. 

For decades, Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library employees have been valued partners in social justice with Community Shares, donating to their favorite local charities through Community Shares. Thank you!

On this page, you may select any Community Shares member charity to support directly with your contribution. Please either select from the drop-down menu:

1. Community Shares annual fund to support our general social justice work in the community.
2. Undesignated gift to split your gift evenly among all of our member charities.
3. A specific member charity listed for that organization to benefit directly by receiving your gift. (If you would like to divide your gift among more than one member organization but not all, please check the "Add note/comment" button and type in each additional organization's name and amount of your gift to designate to each.)
4. If you would like to write-in a non-member charity, please choose Write-In also use the "Add note/comment" button.
