This year's theme, Stronger Together: Multicultural Leadership is the Future, brings together Black and Latino community leaders to reflect on our civil rights history, embrace restorative healing, and prepare for what lies ahead.

The beautiful art for this year's sweatshirt was designed by Rosy Sunshine Galvan, a local Baltimore artist. It colorfully highlights the joy and powerful symbolism of the Afro Latino diaspora.
