If monetary goal is reached this committee our agreement to stay below the capped amount targeted will allow The State of Hawaii match specifics (e.g. banners/ flyers/pens/campaigning publicity) that to help with the people who have contributed and we match back charity to show good faith in a healthy relationship with another.

Whether by check or electronic means the contributor(s) agree to the following such terms;

1. Is a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

3. This contribution is made from privately own funds that are not being provided to HK by another person or entity for the purpose of making contribution

4. If using credit card transactions are of own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

5. Not currently entered into any contract with the State of Hawaii, any of its counties, or any of their departments or agencies.

6. Contributor understands current campaign finance law requires candidate committees, party committees and PACs to file periodic reports disclosing the money they raise and spend.

7. Candidate committees must identify the names, occupation, employer, and addresses of all individuals who give them more than $200 in an election cycle and not to exceed $4000.
