cinéSPEAK is the best place I have ever worked, because the organization really lives its mission and values. In a landscape where capitalism and grind culture rule and art is rarely funded, cinéSPEAK genuinely prioritizes people's wellbeing and values artists. 

I am supported in my part-time role with paid time off and excellent health insurance, and my perspectives and input are always valued. The independent (and often local) artists we work with are compensated well for their work, because we believe art is essential. Our film screenings and journal articles in the past year have uplifted Palestinian stories, trans liberation, and environmental justice.
