Many of you joined us in June to celebrate our 10th anniversary, reflect on our journey, and refuel for the future. That experience demonstrated that our community is more dedicated than ever to building an equal and inclusive future.

It's exciting to see girls who joined us in middle school a decade ago graduate from SHE WORKS and launch into the workforce. LiveGirl now has an alumni presence across the nation. At the same time, we continue to innovate and take a holistic approach to supporting girls by prioritizing their mental wellness while developing leadership and career readiness skills.

To keep making a difference, we need your support. Your investment in LiveGirl today will help us create more opportunities for girls, shaping them into the leaders of tomorrow.

Despite being half of the workforce, women comprise only 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs–and there are only two Black women CEOs. The 2024 Women In The Workplace report highlighted that we must take real action via mentoring and promoting women for workplaces to near or someday reach parity. At the same time, stressors on our girls, especially girls of color, continue to increase.

Only 1.9% of US charitable giving goes to women and girls’ organizations. Investing in women and girls is not only a socially responsible choice but also a strategic and impactful one. Your support will ensure that every girl, regardless of her background or circumstances, may thrive so that ALL girls can reach their full potential.
