📣 Calling all yogis and kitty lovers! We invite you to join us for Kitten Yoga, a one-of-a-kind event with Paws & Breathe where you'll enjoy a gentle/all-levels yoga flow led by trauma-informed yoga instructor Katie Rapkoch followed by a guided meditation and sound healing by LOH's own Marketing Manager, Tiana Soto. And of course, kittens! They'll be perusing the room while you flow through your yoga poses cultivating more peace, connection, and movement into your body. Held at Lost Our Home's large training room from 9am-10am on Sunday, October 6th, all proceeds from ticket sales will go directly back to our shelter to support pet owners and homeless/abandoned pets in need. This is an all-levels flow designed for anyBODY. Please bring your yoga mat, water, and an eye mask if you have one (although not required). 🚨 TICKETS ARE VERY LIMITED DUE TO AVAILABLE SPACE.
