Lokelani 'Ohana is a 15 year old non-profit creating socially therapeutic programs in housing, Hawaiian culture and the arts, organic gardening, and Saori weaving for our Maui community, including people with developmental disabilities. Our biodynamic farm is located in the village of Waihe'e and our new home is located in Kahului near Keopualani Park and other central Maui resources. Our work is inspired by the Camphill movement, an international life sharing based Quality of Life program supporting each others choices, potential, sharing dignity, respect and a quality of life. We are raising funds to support the completion of our building named Na No'eau O Lokelani (meaning "The Arts of Lokelani" in Hawaiian). Our 1650 sq.ft. Farm Workshop Building is 60% complete with Lokelani ‘Ohana dedicating $10,000 to complete electrical work. There, we will host a series of educational programs for people in our community.

Especially since COVID-19, because of the limitations on social gatherings and the difficulty with staffing, people with disabilities has been extremely limited in the state of Hawaii, and many are dealing with isolation, emotional and social deprivation, depression, and behavioral issues. People without disabilities are also affected by the pandemic. The goal of Lokelani 'Ohana has always been to be a place of refuge and healing. We have a safe and beautiful environment for people with disabilities to have a community that offers love and support, and we plan to complete the infrastructure to achieve this with Na No'eau O Lokelani.
