A message from our Founder and Executive Director:

Hello! My name is Crystal Smith, Founder and Executive Director of Long Live the King, LLC (The Percy King Foundation). On Friday, January 19, 2018, my uncle, Percy King, affectionately known as P.K., was murdered on the steps of his home in Jackson, Mississippi. Our family was devastated and our lives were forever changed. Since P.K.'s death, it has been my personal mission to honor him in a way that spoke to the true essence of his character, his personality and his spirit. My journey has led to the formation of Long Live the King, LLC, (The Percy King Foundation).  The foundation exists to give back to our community and to a community that P.K. loved so much.  A community that graciously supported P.K. during his life and selflessly supported our family at his death.  Grieving the loss of a loved one is never easy and when compounded with a tragedy such as homicide, it makes it even more difficult.  Through Long Live the King, LLC (The Percy King Foundation), it is our desire to provide a sense of comfort to victims' families during their hour of need.
